If you are having trouble accessing your account, here are the steps to recover your account at KU. Please note that each account should only be used by one person to maintain the security and integrity of the games.
- Visit the Login Page
Access the KU site and go to the login page. There, you will see options such as “Forgot Password?” or “Account Recovery”. - Click on the Recovery Option
Click on the “Forgot Password?” link to start the account recovery process. This will take you to the recovery page. - Enter Required Information

After entering the information, you will receive an email or SMS with a verification link or an OTP (One-Time Password). Follow the instructions in the message to proceed. - Create a New Password
Once verification is successful, you will be directed to a page to create a new password. Make sure your new password is strong and different from the previous one. - Log In to Your Account
After setting the new password, go back to the login page and enter your email address and new password to access your account. - Contact Customer Service (If Needed)
